1. By accessing the application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

2. Any rights not expressly granted herein shall be deemed reserved. The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the content in any format without the prior written authorization of the DEVELOPER is prohibited, except if carried out in the terms described below.

3. The DEVELOPER authorizes you to browse the application screens using your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), as well as print copies of excerpts from these pages only for your personal use and not for redistribution, except when authorized in writing by the DEVELOPER, provided that do not delete or modify any of the copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary indications. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates the DEVELOPER's intellectual property rights.

4. The material in this application is provided solely for purposes permitted by law. If you download software from our application, this software, including all files and images contained therein or generated by it, and any other data attached to it (together referred to as “Software”) will be considered as a license grant from the DEVELOPER to you . Ownership of rights relating to intellectual property are not transferred to you, remaining with the DEVELOPER, who owns the full and unrestricted ownership right. You may not resell, disassemble, reverse engineer, disassemble, or convert the software in any humanly perceivable manner.

5. Specific documents in our application may be subject to additional conditions indicated in these documents.

6. This application and its contents are provided for your convenience. The contents of the DEVELOPER's application screens are provided "as is" and "as available".

7. THE DEVELOPER reserves the right to revise the pages or suspend access to them at any time.

8. The DEVELOPER is not responsible for any damage or injury caused, not limited to any performance failure, error, commission, interruption, defect, delay in operation for transmission, virus, or line problem. THE DEVELOPER is not responsible for any special damages or damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials in this application, even in case of negligence, either by the DEVELOPER or an authorized representative of the DEVELOPER, who has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. The DEVELOPER will not be required to treat any Volunteered Information as confidential, and it will not be responsible for any idea freely suggested for its business (including, without limitation, products or advertising ideas) and will not assume any responsibility or liability due to any similarity that may arise between these ideas and future operations of the DEVELOPER.

11. By submitting material to any of our servers, for example by email or via the DEVELOPER application, you agree that:

a) The material will not contain any item that is unlawful or unsuitable for publication;

b) You will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive functions prior to the submission of any material;

c) You own the material or have the unlimited rights to provide it and the DEVELOPER may publish the material free of charge and/or incorporate it or incorporate any concepts described therein in our products without any liability;

d) You agree not to take any action against the DEVELOPER in relation to the material sent, as well as agree to indemnify us if any third party files any action against the DEVELOPER related to the material sent by you.

12. Without limitation, the DEVELOPER will be the exclusive owner of all present and future rights over the Volunteered Information of any kind and nature, anywhere.

13. The DEVELOPER is entitled to use the Volunteered Information for any commercial or other purpose without you or any other person sending it any entitlement to remuneration or other form of compensation.

14. Personally identifiable information that may be received by this application are provided voluntarily by visitors to this site.

15. This information is for internal use only and will not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties who are not involved in the operation of this application.

16. Information submitted to areas of this application will not be retained. Therefore, the above right to use Volunteered Information is subject to limited use of such information and excludes information not retained.

17. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any material you send, and you, not the DEVELOPER, assume full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, adequacy, originality, and copyright.

18. To facilitate your access, the DEVELOPER may include links to Internet sites or applications that are owned or operated by third parties. When accessing third-party sites or applications through these links, you must read their terms of use and agree to them. You also declare that you are aware that the DEVELOPER has no control over the content of such sites or applications and cannot assume any responsibility for materials created or published by these sites or third-party applications.

19. Additionally, a link to a non-DEVELOPER website or application does not imply that the DEVELOPER endorses this, or the products or services mentioned on such third party website or application.

20. THE DEVELOPER does not and is not able to review the content posted by users in its application and is not responsible for this content. At any time, the DEVELOPER may, at its sole discretion, remove any content posted by users.

21. The DEVELOPER or you may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may terminate this Agreement by discarding all materials obtained from all DEVELOPER application and all related documentation and all copies and installations (together “Materials”).

22. DEVELOPER may immediately terminate this agreement without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

23. The present terms of conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law, regardless of any principle of conflict of laws. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is considered illegal, null or impossible to perform, this part will be considered separately and will not affect the validity or duration of the remaining clauses.

24. Any and all evidence of the use of this application for an illegal purpose will be provided to the legal authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties involved in the use of this application. The DEVELOPER may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this notice.
