Hello, I am Andre Mancha and welcome to my page.

I am an applied economist interested in Development Economics, focusing on Crime, and Public Policy.

I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), an Invited Researcher at J-PAL, and Research Fellow at the JOI Brazil .

I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from Insper Institute, in São Paulo, Brazil. I also have M.S. in Economics at EESP-FGV and B.A. in Economics at University of São Paulo (USP).
