Doctoral Candidate, University of Amsterdam
I am a doctoral candidate at the Amsterdam School of Economics, University of Amsterdam, expecting to graduate in September 2027. My primary research interests lie at the intersection of Health and Labour Economics, where I focus on the relationship between medical treatment innovations, individuals' health status and labour market outcomes. In my work, I make use of large administrative datasets from the Netherlands and recently developed econometric techniques.
My advisors are Wendy Janssens (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Menno Pradhan (University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Marc van der Valk (Amsterdam UMC) and Esmeé Zwiers (University of Amsterdam).
