Andrei Matveenko

I received my PhD degree from CERGE-EI (Prague), where Filip Matějka was my supervisor. I worked at the Department of Economics at the University of Copenhagen and at the Department of Economics at the University of Mannheim, where I was also a junior member of the Mannheim Center for Competition and Innovation.

I have since left academia, and since August 2026 I have worked at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority as an economist.
