My research field is algebraic geometry. My research interests are, among other topics, moduli, deformations and degenerations of varieties, Brill-Noether theory of curves, birational geometry, Severi varieties and singularities of curves on projective surfaces, positivity questions on line bundles on projective varieties, and hyperkähler manifolds.
Born May 12, 1975 in Haugesund, Norway. Italian and Norwegian citizen. Married.
