Reduced order processing time from 1-2 days to minutes by automating the flow of purchase orders from customers to vendors and delivery orders.
Automated the exchange of invoices without paper using e-materai partnership and ensured invoice calculations were accurate to those of e-faktur tax applications. This reduced paperwork for finance and eliminated double billing due to manual processes and poor coordination.
Developed an automated credit payment system for contractor customers with an objective KYC assessment that automatically assigned default payment terms and credit limits. This replaced a subjective system based on stakeholder relationships.
Automated pricing based on customer payment type and credit health. This replaced a manual system based on subjective customer input.
Created a system for storing product specifications and linking them to vendor suppliers. This allowed vendors to keep product information up-to-date without manual intervention from Juragan Material procurement staff.
Built an automated algorithm for approving customer negotiations. This algorithm took into account profit limits per product and the lowest possible COGS to maximize profit.
Integrated with a partnership fund to provide funding for Juragan Material's credit feature. This automated the process of confirming loans from customers, repayments, and disbursement of funds to Juragan Material. Previously, this process was handled manually with formulas in Google Sheets, and payment confirmation required manual bank statement checks.
Built a vendor management system that allows vendors to manage their products, prices, and warehouses. This system also includes a vendor registration and assessment process to ensure that vendor payments comply with government tax regulations and that vendor performance can be monitored transparently. Previously, all updates were handled via email with a 2-3-day SLA for billing, payments, follow-ups, and other processes.
Built an optical character reader system to read customer purchase orders. This minimized the manual entry of sales orders from customer purchase orders.
Built an approval and notification system for transactions with partners that integrates the internal system with WhatsApp API. This was done to reach senior-aged customers and vendors who were reluctant to use website confirmation or notification updates.
Built a real-time system for updating the location of vehicles during deliveries. This used electronic waybills to speed up the confirmation process and provide transparency to customers, vendors, and Juragan Material. Previously, many waybills were lost after delivery, making it difficult to reconcile deliveries.

Developed new mold, assembly, and mix-color process for new recycled and bio-based resin to replace conventional resin in Mattel Barbie plastic parts, supporting Mattel's environmental commitment.
Reduced manufacturing costs for new toy products by eliminating unnecessary items from approved BOMs, based on a review of aesthetic and functional requirements.
Built a centralized data website for manufacturing plans, including material specifications, process methods, approved sample pictures, and part numbers, to prevent human error and schedule delays.
Built a centralized development update website for new toys, using a Kanban board to visualize progress.
Built an automated DFMEA tool for design, tooling, and packaging processes for new toys to prevent human error and costly rejects.
