About me
I'm a postdoc at the University of Frankfurt. Before that I did postdocs at Colorado State University and Imperial College London. I received my PhD from the TU Kaiserslatuern under the supervision of Andreas Gathmann.
Feel free to have a look at my CV.
Research interests
I work in the field of tropical geometry, which is a subfield of algebraic geometry. Within this field I am most interested in tropical intersection theory, where I care about intersection-theoretic constructions in different "tropical" categories such as those of cone complexes or monoid schemes. Using logarithmic geometry, one can relate algebraic and tropical intersection theory. I am particularly interested in the consequenses of this relationship for enumerative geometry.
