I am an applied economist and a researcher working at Banco de la República, Central Bank of Colombia. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

My research interests lie in the areas of Labor Economics, Crime, and Development Economics. I am also interested in the design and implementation of evidence-informed policies.
