Week 6: Budgeting, Financial, Management, and Human Resources Management

This module concerns the management of non-operational aspects of a public sector organization, including finding sources of public sector funding, managing budgets and determining budgeting styles, engaging in financial management, as well as managing human resources including the process of classifying positions, recruitment, employment conditions, dealing with protected group, dealing with poor performance, and collective bargaining.
