Instructor-Led Training
This sample VILT is offered to current supervisors so that they can navigate Google Classroom for new employee training and provide shadowing opportunities for the new hires. The Instructor and Particpant Guides were developed in accordance with a template from a previous employer, but all names, identifying information, and logos were removed.
Tools used: Google Slides, Google Docs, Snag-It Editor
Deliverables include a Google Slide presentation, Instructor Guide, and Participant Guide.

In 2019, I learned video editing and began uploaded tutorials about my quilting projects to YouTube.
By 2022, the True Blue Quilts channel had over 215 videos and more than 30K monthly views.
Web design is a necessary skill for a small business owner on a tight budget. I upleveled my original quilting blog to an ecommerce website.
