• Application (send me an email and I will get you application if not viewable)

• $20 application fee sent through venmo to @andispreschoolriverton 

• Immunization record (required by state)

• Behavior agreement, information, and rules (emailed out once application is received)

• $95; May tuition, to hold your spot (due with Behavior, info, and rule agreement.)
