Large-scale Rare Earth Elements (REE) project located in Northwest Argentina (NOA), covering approximately 90,000 hectares. Preliminary exploration includes over 250 surface samples, with reported grades ranging from 300 to 2,200 ppm.
Mineralization is hosted in carbonaceous clay formations, comparable to ionic adsorption clay deposits currently exploited in Asia. Laboratory analysis confirms the presence of all 17 rare earth elements. Additional exploration campaigns are planned to further define the resource.
The project is located approximately 150 km from the nearest provincial capital, with access via paved provincial roads. At an elevation of around 1,600 meters, the area allows for year-round operations under favorable climatic conditions.
The region is considered mining-friendly, with strong local community support and proactive provincial authorities encouraging foreign investment in strategic mineral projects.
Opportunity to acquire 100% ownership of an Argentine SRL (LLC-equivalent) holding the exploration rights through a clean special purpose vehicle, with no operating history or legacy liabilities.
The project offers early-stage entry ahead of the NI 43-101 technical report, exposure to critical minerals essential for the energy transition, advanced technologies, and defense, and strategic positioning outside traditional rare earth supply jurisdictions.
