As a drama class project, we rewrote Shakspear's The Tempest to set a place in a pirate world! The costumes for these were fun as I had inspiration from many places, the actual characters, and pirates! As this was not a main stage production it was harder to get away with costume mishaps so for this one I had to double, triple, check each actor before they went on stage. These costumes where all mostly from storage, we pulled any pirate-esc clothes we could find, corsets, shirts, etc., and played around with each actor.
