MAJIME
'MAJIME is a living space integrating the beauty of nature into a minimalistic design. This space serves the purpose of a living room and guest room where it can be used as a leisure space and enjoy the company of guests. The buffer space between the window and the wall creates a natural ventilation system creating an environment where cool air can stay in the room and hot air can travel through the opening. This system reduces the use of AC through passive cooling and also reduces CO2 emitted by an AC unit.
The use of plants further cool down the room due to their transpiration process. When the plants lose water during said process, it cools the air around the plants, leaving it purified and fresh. This makes the living room much more comfortable to relax in.

Dengan integrasi elemen alami seperti taman vertikal, pencahayaan, dan ventilasi alamai, desain ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pengguna, efesiensi lahan, serta mendukung keberlanjutan lingkunagn di kota penyangga Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN).

Perancangan Mental Health Care Center di Kota Balikpapan merespons meningkatnya kebutuhan layanan kesehatan mental akibat urbanisasi. Dengan pendekatan Healing Environment dan metode Design Thinking, desain mengintegrasikan elemen alam, zonasi jelas, sirkulasi aman, pencahayaan alami, serta material menenangkan guna mendukung proses terapi, rehabilitasi, dan reintegrasi sosial pasien.

Elderly House di Kota Balikpapan Dengan Pendekatan HCD
Peningkatan populasi lansia di Kota Balikpapan yang mencapai 74.000 jiwa atau 10% dari total penduduk pada 2024 menuntut penyediaan hunian yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan fisik dan psikologis lansia. Perancangan elderly house ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dan prinsip Human-Centered Design (HCD) untuk menciptakan lingkungan hunian yang aman, nyaman, dan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.
