Are my results guaranteed?

While we can guarantee to give you our best efforts and research in the best records available, we cannot guarantee a certain result within a specific timeframe. This is why our projects are billed hourly.

What kind of deliverables can I expect?

Depending on your goals, we can provide you with a detailed proof summary, formal research report, research plan, biographical sketch, compiled family history, charts and forms, research logs or calendars, document images, and/or a historical presentation. Other products from coloring books to personalized games for family reunions are negotiable based on desired outcomes. For lectures, participants will be given a detailed handout to accompany the presentation, which may be recorded for family members to access.

How much does it cost?

Each research project begins with a free consultation where we review or define your project goals, decide on a preliminary plan, and gather background information. 

Our hourly rate for research and analysis is $99, but there are different packages available for blocks of time or other projects. A typical beginning project of 15 hours would have a base price of $1350, which comes to $90/hour. A 25% downpayment is required before research begins. 

How soon can I get started?

This depends on your goals, but projects can typically be started within 4-6 weeks. Adjustments can be made for occasional rushed projects, but quality research takes time and your project will be placed in the queue as soon as the downpayment is received and the contract is signed.
