Mathematics Tutorials, MSc Sustainable Impact Analysis (SIA), PSE

During the academic years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, I taught the Mathematics Tutorials for the MSc Sustainable Impact Analysis (SIA) at PSE. The objective of this course is to provide students the background in Mathematical Economics to undertake their Master's. As the first instructor of this course, I prepared the content of Lectures and exercises of the course.

Lecture 1: Linear Algebra [Slides]

Lecture 2: Optimization [Slides]

Lecture 3: Integration [Slides]

Lecture 4: Statistics + Choice under Uncertainty [Slides]

Lecture 5: Choice under Uncertainty [Slides] [Excercises]

During the academic year 2021-2022, I was the Teaching Assistant for the Master 1 course Econometrics I, which is taught by Prof. Karen Macours (PSE). The objective of this course is to enable students to critically read empirical studies that use different econometric techniques to address policy questions, to identify some of the most common econometric problems in these studies, and to understand the potential consequences and remedies. At the end of this course, the students should be able to analyze data using the most common estimation techniques and with the help of statistical software (R).
