With a background in education/curriculum development, training, and the customer service industry, I am passionate about working with clients to problem solve how to produce positive change through sustainable learning solutions.

Methodical and keenly aware of even the most minute details, I am strategic in my approach to backwards design in order to identify creative solutions to performance gaps.

Key Accomplishments:

🌟Developed three fully accessible, customized eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline for 6.5K    

     United States Secret Service (USSS) employees from needs analysis to implementation within a four-

     month period while balancing weekly training facilitation responsibilities and conducting user testing

     of all learning solutions prior to being uploaded to the LMS.

🌟Transformed complex, technical concepts and policies on security-related topics into learner-friendly, 

     interactive content and analyzed learner performance through scenario-based formative and 

     summative assessments that are SCORM-compliant.

🌟Developed two fully accessible microlearning courses focused on career and life skills that reached

     two million learners globally and enabled learners with actionable steps to enhance behavioral 

     change.
