Anchor Software Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anchor Software handles information in Trading Progress Tracker. This policy may be updated in the future to include additional Anchor Software applications.
Information Entered Into the App
Trading Progress Tracker allows users to enter and manage information such as:
• Trading profit and loss entries
• Account balances
• Deposits, withdrawals, and adjustments
• Trading projections and goals
• Notes
• A display name
• Trading-plan settings
This information is provided directly by the user.
Data Storage and iCloud
Trading Progress Tracker stores app data on the user’s device and may use Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to synchronize that data across the user’s Apple devices.
Data synchronized through iCloud is associated with the user’s Apple ID and is handled according to Apple’s privacy policies and iCloud terms.
Anchor Software does not operate a separate server that receives or stores the user’s trading journal, notes, balances, or projections.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Anchor Software does not receive or store the user’s full payment-card information. Apple may provide the app with transaction and subscription-status information needed to confirm whether the user has an active subscription.
Exported and Imported Files
The app allows users to export and import their information using JSON files.
Exported files are created at the user’s request. Once a file is exported, the user is responsible for where the file is saved, shared, copied, or stored.
Anchor Software does not automatically receive exported files.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Trading Progress Tracker does not include third-party advertising.
The app does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.
The current version of the app does not use third-party analytics services to track user activity.
Sharing of Information
Anchor Software does not sell, rent, or trade user information.
Information may be processed by Apple when necessary to provide services including:
• App Store subscriptions and purchases
• iCloud and CloudKit synchronization
• App distribution and system services
Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
User-created information may remain stored on the user’s device or in the user’s iCloud account until it is deleted by the user.
Users may remove records using the controls available inside the app. Removing the app from a device may not automatically remove information stored in iCloud.
Users may also manage their iCloud information through their Apple account and device settings.
Children’s Privacy
Trading Progress Tracker is not directed toward children under 13, and Anchor Software does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
Trading Progress Tracker relies on Apple platform security, device protections, and iCloud security for storage and synchronization.
No electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Anchor Software may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change.
Any updates will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date.
