Public schools offer a variety of courses, the extracurricular life of students is rich. Public schools use Saskatchewan curriculum, which including English, Math, Social science, Arts and PE and others. Unlike public schools in China, Saskatchewan public schools tuitions are charged under the unified management of the Bureau of Education. Most do not require status. As long as there is a guardian and an address are provided to the education bureau, the Education Bureau will arrange the school according to the address provided by the applicant. The tuition could be paid in half before and half after when students get their visa. Children are entitled to free public education if their parents are PRs or if their parents have a working visa.

For students themselves, there are no specific requirements for admission. It’s important to note that students under age of 14 must be accompanied by either parent; for students over 14, no such requirement.
