Note: Google Sites doesn't natively support tables, so apologies for the 1980's look:

However, if the CM is able to add late content to the issue without undue heroics, he will.
Maximum Activity (MAXAC): In order to keep costs manageable, a zine should not exceed 10 sheets of paper (i.e. 20 pages double-sided). Cover art does not count against MAXAC. If the sheet count is exceeded, that member will have to pay a surcharge of $0.25 per extra page per member. Example: Your zine is 23 pages (3 pages over MAXAC) and there are 10 members, the surcharge is 3 pages × 10 members × $0.25 = $7.50.
Minimum Activity (MINAC): Each member will contribute at least one page every other issue. Missing two consecutive issues results in a "grace period." Missing three leads to a $1.00 fine, and missing four results in removal from the roster. Extenuating circumstances are considered. Note: Cover art counts as a contribution for MINAC purposes.
Prohibited Content: The Anchorite APA upholds the principle that "your zine is your zine" while recognizing the importance of community standards. While a wide range of content is permissible, the following is strictly prohibited: sexually explicit content, championing racist ideology, insulting other members of the APA, and all forms of "trolling." Members are strongly encouraged to include appropriate warnings for sensitive content, including but not limited to adult language, sexually suggestive content, and graphic descriptions of violence or gore.
Real Name Policy: Members will use their real name in their zines, be it "Jane Doe" or "J. Doe." You will notice some existing members seem to "violate" this rule; they were members before the rule was formalized and are "grandfathered" in.
Riders: A rider is a non-member's content that "rides on" a member's contrib. Members are free to include the content of household members (with their permission, of course.
