looking for a Business Analyst to join the YYTeam!

This role is vital in driving operational excellence and enhancing the passenger experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, optimize business processes, and identify innovative solutions to enhance airport operations. 

KEY DUTIES:

• Elicit and document business requirements via the appropriate methods for each engagement, including but not limited to the following: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits/ observation, business process analysis and, use case scenarios.

• Works directly with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate their business requirements and deliver key artifacts including, but not limited to: Business Requirements Document, Process Maps, Functional Requirements, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Use Cases, Functional Specification Document, Business Cases, and Cost Benefit Analysis.

• Utilize data and draft reports to develop business insight to assist decision-making.

• Serve as the requirements conduit between stakeholders (internal and external clients/customers) and the IT team.

• Manage requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle to ensure adherence to established scope and standards.

Job Requirements

• University degree or diploma in related field or related experience

• Minimum two years of management experience or equivalent

• Experienced in customer service, sales, and meeting targets

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, experience with ActiveNET software is an asset

• Current Standard First Aid

This is a highly responsible, specialized financial and accounting position for the Pippy Park Golf Club, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the C.A. Pippy Park Commission. The incumbent is responsible for incorporating accounting operations and duties that include; accounts payable(entering invoices and processing payments for various vendors);accounts receivable(invoicing customers for various services and events);weekly payroll processing; monthly government remittances and bank reconciliations; preparation of T-4’s and T-2 corporate returns; entering daily cash receipts for the golf club pro shop, golfers lounge and banquet facilities; performs account analysis, reconciliation and maintenance of various balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts. In addition, the incumbent may assist with budget monitoring spreadsheets, records management, and purchasing. Other related duties as required.
