"I am among those who think that science has great beauty"
--- Marie Curie
Fascinated by the idea of "Research" and specially the term "Nanotechnology" during my M. Sc. in Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, I joined Prof. Thalappil Pradeep's research group in 2011 to continue my research career in Physical Chemistry. I received my PhD in 2015 from Indian Institute of Technology Madras and later selected as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow followed by working as a Postdoctoral researcher in Institute of Nanotechnology, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany with Horst Hahn and Prof. Manfred M. Kappes. Afterwards, I moved to TU Dortmund, Germany to work with Prof. Guido Clever. Currently I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry in Jadavpur University.
My research centers around various types of nanomaterials in condensed and in gas phase. My principle focus is Mass Spectrometry of materials.
