About

Hello! I'm a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Geldsetzer Lab at Stanford University. My research focuses on applying econometric methods for causal inference to estimate the effects of shingles vaccination on dementia risk using large-scale electronic health records data.

I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Washington. My doctoral research applied both experimental and quasi-experimental methods to questions in development economics, with a particular focus on gender. I examined how information, social norms, and networks shape women's decision-making and access to economic opportunities in developing countries.

I also hold an M.A. and M.Phil. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.
