Research

We are working on designing, developing, and fabricating emerging devices, including optoelectronics (Photodetectors, FETs, Schottky devices, organic solar cells, and perovskite solar cells) and emerging electrical steerable guidewires. Our primary area of interest is the study of surface and interface properties of semiconductors for real-world devices. At Linköping University, my current project is the development of electrically steerable guidewires for medical diagnosis. Besides this, I have the following research interests to work on:
