Ph.D. (2023): Studies on Organometal Halide Perovskite Materials and their Applications to Photovoltaic Devices, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, India.
M.Sc. (2017): Physics (Condensed Matter Physics), University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, India.

Research

We are working on the design, development, and fabrication of emerging optoelectronic devices, Schottky devices, organic solar cells, and perovskite solar cells. Our major area of interest is surface and interface studies of semiconductor thin films for optoelectronic device applications. Our current project is understanding the reliability physics of energy devices. Besides this, we have the following research interests to work on:

Device physics (materials fabrication and characterization)
Reliability of energy devices
Numerical simulation and modeling of photovoltaic devices
Fractals & growth of thin films
Materials modifications via Ion-beam irradiation
Ultra-fast transient absorption spectroscopy of hybrid perovskite systems
