You must login to our app with your Instagram account in order to get your analytics. Since you use our app to login your Instagram account, you get notifications and alerts from Instagram because they want to be sure that you are the one taking that action. 

Users sometimes get kicked out of their account or Instagram gives them challenges to verify their account because we send requests to Instagram to make your analysis and if you have large number of followers or followings these request become many and Instagram takes this as a suspicious action. Always keep your account secure with 2-factor-authentication.

3. What does follower Limit mean?

If you have more than 20.000 followers, we cannot analyze your data since too many requests must be send in order to do so. We regularly update the follower limit by testing this issue.

4. Can you see my password when I login to your app?
