Raindog's approach to music and songwriting is direct and honest, free from the restrictions imposed by sticking to genres or predetermined rules. This openness allows for different influences and sounds to coexist while maintaining a common thread through rhythmic elements and deep, dominant synth basses. The lyrics aim to give a voice to the human experience, including the uncomfortable emotions and thoughts we often hide from the outside world, creating a safe space for those who might feel seen and understood.

About Raindog:
Raindog (Christel Balzano) is a Swiss songwriter and musician. Her initial studies in music began in the jazz field, and in 2018 she moved to Rome to attend the Saint Louis College of Music, where she obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in pop music. The early stages of her music were developed in Switzerland but fully took shape in Rome, thanks to the collaboration with Giulio Scipioni, Mauro Cola, and Simone D’Andrea, who significantly contributed to crafting a unique sound for her songs.
