Bryan Gunawan Project

Launched in 2019, BGP is now in its 3rd edition. BGP aims to build the capacity of Indonesian changemakers, upscaling the impacts they're creating, through the development of leadership and communication skills.

5 workshops and 4 coffee talks: full of conceptual and practical frameworks as well as personal journeys and takeaways from top-of-class facilitators, as well as interactive exercises and discussions.
Individual development plan and mentoring: discussions on personal and professional struggles, challenges, and goals in order to plan, measure, and evaluate the growth and progress so far.
Final projects and presentations: exploring and working out a solution that addresses the problems in their surrounding, while applying the techniques learned during the workshop and mentoring sessions.
Community activities and evaluation: fun, but also full of knowledge sharing, matter loading, brain teasers, exchange of personal views and experiences, as well as emotions and empathy, staying true to our community principles of CARE (Committed, Active, Respectful, Excited).
Module handbooks (including practice exercises): built from wide array of resources by the best minds of BGP, designed to help accelerate knowledge to build a solution from scratch, adopted from world thinkers in startups, social organizations, and corporates.

BGP 2020 received an average feedback of 4.4/5.0 from the participants. On the 12 core elements of the program, the participants rated themselves 2.7/5.0 before the program and 4.2/5.0 after the program.

We welcome ANYONE that wants to create a change or even only has change ideas and wants to make them real. Understanding that change has a broad context and can happen anywhere, we tailor the journey into 3 paths:

Collaborative changemaking project: for those who wish to collaborate with fellow BGP participants in initiating and executing a changemaking project as a team
Personal changemaking project: for those who are leaders or co-founders of an organization/project (may include organizations in schools/universities) that either has a strong track record or a solid objective and future plan
Intrapreneur (Professional Development): for those who want to excel in their career and aim to empower others through their professional endeavor; this path is also open for students who are looking to plan ahead for their career
