Under threat duress, coercion and false allegations my children were kidnapped on 9/11/2016 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUfLKfJajwo&t=2825s ). The person(s) that is responsible for this action that has been taken against my family was perpetuated by one LUCINA ALMONTE, who is actually MY SO CALLED MOTHER, two WILMA PITANA who coerced my so called mother in to going to the Police station the second time. My so called mother did not go to the Police the first time that the Police was alerted, by WILMA PITANA of the Jehovah Witness cult organisation. False allegations were made by my mother, after a minor family disagreement, on what is right and wrong in parenting of my children. With the encouragement of members in the cult organisation named the Jehovah Witnesses she was encouraged and directed to give a false statement to the Police about the incident that occurred between us during the aforementioned incident between my so called mother and I over my concerns with her parenting conduct, that was against my principles and approval. I spoke with my so called mother after new information that was shared with me concerning the false allegations that actually were improperly translated and that in fact the statements written down by the Police was actually not what my so called mother stated. KEY NOTE EVIDENCE: I have yet been able to receive an accurate interpretation of what was actually stated, due to the language barrier between the two parties in question that being one: LUCINA ALMONTE , who speaks Spanish next to no Dutch and two: BAS WIJNEN - Police Officer who speaks only Dutch and no Spanish, who was the officer writing the statement, without the benefit of a translator/interpreter during the entire episode and three: WILMA PITANA who only speaks Dutch. My suspicions have been confirmed when it became known and was revealed to me that my so called mother: LUCINA ALMONTE was the one on record as making a claim concerning the incident of the date 9/11/2016.

Moving forward, at the discovering it was my so called mother who is named as the complaining witness on the report, I had decided to record all potential future conversations with my so called mother: Lucina Almonte and all parties involved. Upon having these conversations and then being recorded, my so called mother had been recorded on 28/3/2018 stating that she had never stated those things that were written in the report. This report being the instrument used to carry out the actions of removing my children from my physical custody and care by first the Police who carried out that day the actions of removing my children under treat duress and coercion and further upheld to date by the agency; Council for Child Protection in the Netherlands (Raad voor de Kinderbescherming).

During the previously conversation between my so called mother and I, where she was recorded stating that the things in the report was never said uttered or mentioned by her, after I had revealed to her that I knew of the statement ( and what was in the statement and that it was she who made the statement that initially involved the police coming to our home when my children were taken.

So with in the past 18 months I have been attempting to regain physical custody of my children due to the fact of language barrier and no instrument of interpreter or translator was made available for the accuracy of said statement in the report. And closing that being the situation why have my kids not been returned as of yet?
