I am Anabel Mendoza López, a P.h.D Candidate in Business and Finance at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
My research investigates how active ownership and governance mechanisms influence organizational responses to diverse stakeholder pressures. Currently, my works include examining the effects of family ownership and corporate decision-making in the face of complex environments, investor voting, ESG activism, and media scrutiny.
