Pregătire lingvistică
Pregătire specifică
Responsabilul de proiect a asigurat pregatirea specifica (1 intalnire de lucru inainte de fiecare mobilitate) privind desfasurarea cursului de formare/activitatii de job-shadowing, sarcinile de invatare, modalitati de monitorizare/evaluare, completarea caietului de sarcini si atributii, a listelor de prezenta, a chestionarului on-line, raportarea (la sfarsitul mobilitatii), 2 intalniri cu elevii participanti in mobilitati si parintii acestora și prelucrarea procedurilor specifice existente la nivelul proiectului:
*procedura privind mobilitatea internationala (1 sedinta inaintea fiecarei mobilitati): activitati premergatoare mobilitatii, documente depuse catre ISJ, actiuni/activitati in timpul si dupa mobilitate, responsabilitati;
*procedura de management al riscului (1 sedinta inaintea fiecarei mobilitati) - identificarea si evaluarea riscurilor, gestionarea riscurilor, echipa de gestionare a riscurilor, liste cu numere de telefon pentru situatii de urgenta/speciale (tara gazda a mobilitatii): politie, ambulanta, ambasada/consulat, date de contact ale anpcdefp etc.).
S-au încheiat minute de sedinta si s-au semnat tabele de prezenta. Distribuirea link-ului MAE pe grupul de whatsapp al mobilitatii pentru a fi la curent cu informatiile actualizate privind conditiile de calatorie.
Pregătire culturală
Au fost realizate si prezentate/prelucrate materiale ppt cu informatii legate de specificul tarii in care a avut loc mobilitatea.
Au fost distribuite link-uri cu informații utile despre localitățile unde au avut loc mobilitățile.

Activity/task 1: Creation of multimedia content
Description: The participant will do individual and group practical work to create multimedia content.
Activity/task 2: Use of social media platforms
Description: The participant will learn how to integrate the main social media platforms into their teaching with practical work
Activity/task 3: Using interactive apps and web solutions
Description: The participant will do practical work on tools that allow to create interactive presentations, videos, games and quizzes to engage the students
Activity/task 4: Designing websites and blogs
Description: The participant will do individual and group activities to create attractive school and classroom websites/blogs.

Day 4:

Empowering the students to use blogs to create portofolios and record learning outcomes;

Testing and practicing some of the most common game based learning tools;
Practical work: creating and running a digital learning group game for all ages;
Practical work: digitally recapping a concept and creating small digital exercices;
Free afternoon for self-mamaged cultural activities.
Day 5:
Social media, Information and Communcation Technologies and new digital trends in education and classroom management;
The most common and used social media and how they can be integrated into education and learning;
How to create a lesson aroud a video;
Practical work: adding questions and discussion prompts to a video.
Day 6:
The next era of presentations: how to impress and engage the audience;
Practical work: creating interactive images, table of content and stunning presentations;
Practical work: creating a visual virtual experience for your students;
Review of additional apps, web platforms and ICT resources for teaching and education;
Tailored practice based on the participants learning needs and expectations;
Farewall dinner.
Day 7:
Space for discussion of future cooperation and planning follow up activities;
Exchange of best practices and experience amd space for discussion of futurea cooperation;
Course roundup and final evaluation;
Validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony;

Activity presentation
The fundamental purpose of this job-shadowing session is to experience in practice how innovative teaching and learning can be integrated into daily school life.
During the five days of job-shadowing, the participants will see how innovative pedagogy is implemented in different ways, in a participatory learning environment, how they integrate ICT tools in everyday teaching scenarios, how they organize extracurricular and STEAM activities. Furthermore we are interested in seeing what extracurricular activities there are and how they maintain pupils motivation for learning. Our teachers will get the chance to see students in action, see how an Italian school works as an institute of education but also as a team, what goals and challenges they have got.
Nevertheless, the participants can immerse themselves in Italian education and culture, as well as deepen the practices in multidisciplinary teaching/ learning methods.
Objectives planned for the participants:
-to see how colleagues from other schools relate and work as a team;
-to learn modern methods of teaching;
-to discover new practices of teaching communication/ understanding/ literacy;
-to see what resources colleagues from other schools use in teaching -listening activities;
-to take part in practical teaching activities;
-to discover new STEAM activities;
-to experience activities that help the well-being of students and teachers;
-to find out about outdoor activities that can applied in our school;
-to improve communication skills with new colleagues;
-to observe any aspect that can help improving our school strategy and can be implemented in the next school year;
-to learn new apps and websites of educational resources;
-to see how colleagues from other schools interact with students;
-to learn about a new culture.

Jocul de programare este un exercițiu de coordonare și orientare în spațiu, desfășurat pe o rețea desenată pe asfalt, formată din pătrate egale. Copiii sunt organizați în grupuri mici, folosesc foi cu săgeți și culori pentru a da indicații de deplasare pe rețea. Fiecare copil primește rolul de programator sau executant, și colaborează pentru a naviga corect prin rețea urmând instrucțiunile date. Copiii trebuie să urmeze direcțiile pe baza indicațiilor scrise sau vizuale: dreapta, stânga, stop.
Jocul dezvoltă abilități de gândire logică, planificare și comunicare eficientă, este o activitate practică de inițiere în conceptele de bază ale programării și ale algoritmilor.
