A: You get one week of Basic Trash Can Roll‑Out & Return service (up to 3 cans). This trial does not include can cleaning, pet waste pickup, or emergency dump services — but you can add those at any time after your free week.

Q: Do I need to pay anything up front for the free trial?

A: No — the first week is completely free! After the trial ends, we simply ask for a one‑week deposit to keep your service on the schedule.

Q: What bundles do you offer?

A: We have four main service bundles:

• Simple – $6/week: Roll‑out only (up to 3 cans, $1 per extra)
  
  

• Basic – $11/week: Roll‑out & return (up to 3 cans, $1 per extra)
  
  

• Premium – $27/week: Biweekly cleaning + weekly pet waste pickup
  
  

• Ultimate – $43/week: Weekly cleaning, pet waste pickup, and one emergency dump haul‑off per month
  
  

You can also add services like extra can cleaning, emergency haul coverage, or door‑to‑bin service for apartments.

Q: How do I pay after the free trial?

A: We offer multiple convenient options:

Q: Can I upgrade, pause, or cancel anytime?

A: Absolutely!
• No contracts — you can pause or cancel with one week notice
• You can upgrade or add services whenever you like

Q: What if you can’t access my cans?

A: If you choose reminders, we’ll text you a reminder the evening before your service day. If we can’t reach your cans, we’ll let you know and offer one courtesy attempt per month.

Q: Do you offer service for apartments or condos?

A: Yes! Check our form or flyer for the Door-to-Bin service, starting at $11/week — perfect for residents in complexes or seniors who prefer not to handle trash.
