1. For cancellations made 10 days prior to a camp or clinic, an 75% refund will be issued.  For cancellations made after 10 days prior to a camp or clinic, a 50% refund will be issued.  No refund will be issued 72 hours prior to a camp or clinic.

2. No camp or clinic credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.

3. No refunds will be issued due to a camper withdrawing from a camp or clinic once it has begun.

4. If a refund is requested less than 72 hours prior to a camp or clinic due to medical or family emergency or extenuating circumstances, contact needs to be made with the camp director as soon as possible. The camp director, along with compliance approval, will determine if the circumstances warrant the issuance of a refund. Please note that not all requests are granted and it is the sole discretion of Ave Maria University whether or not the circumstances warrant a refund.

5. If any AMU camps or clinics are cancelled or suspended for any reason that is outside the control of Ave Maria University, a full refund will be awarded to those registered.
