In compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), Mineral Water San Benedetto S.p.A. registered in the Register of Companies of Venice under no. 168210, Data Controller, informs that the personal data collected are processed for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations assumed with the Carrier.

To the extent strictly necessary for these purposes and for accounting obligations, the data provided may be known by employees and collaborators as Distributors or Managers, as well as communicated to external parties, also due to legal obligations. The data will be processed and stored even through automated tools for the time necessary to fulfill the obligations assumed, and in any case for the time prescribed by civil and fiscal regulations.

The provision of data is necessary for the execution of the contract, as well as for the related legal obligations. The carrier may exercise, in relation to the processing of personal data, the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 or, in particular: obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, know the methods of processing, obtaining the update, rectification, integration of data, as well as deletion, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and oppose the processing of data for legitimate reasons.
