Faculty Advisor

Dr. Ashwini Kucknoor has an impressive academic background, starting with a BS in Agriculture, followed by an MS in Plant Physiology, and a PhD in Molecular Biology. She is an experienced educator, teaching a range of subjects including Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Medical Microbiology. Dr. Kucknoor's research interests are molecular pathogenesis of parasitic protozoan species and a tropical vector-borne pathogen. Her main focus lies in unraveling the complexities of host-parasite interaction and signaling, aiming to contribute significant insights to the field.
