Org Room

AMS' Org Room, located in MVP 216, serves as a dynamic space for all AMS members. It's a shared hub where community building and bonding naturally thrive, whether through casual hangouts or collaborative meetings. The room provides a venue for project discussions, brainstorming sessions, and working on org-related tasks like proposals and presentations.

Default Schedule

Mondays: No access

Tuesdays: No access

Wednesdays: 1:45 PM - 7:30 PM

Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Fridays: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

In the event the org room is closed, message any of the ExeCom members through Telegram for the keyholder access.

Note: The schedule is subject to change. To confirm the upcoming schedule of the org room, ask your overseeing ExeCom or @dgdalgenio on Telegram.

Need the Org Room for a meeting? To reserve MVP 216 for your exclusive use¹, simply follow the instructions in the sheet below.

Note: Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
