1. Digital Products (Guide and Demo App with Video Explanation) Due to the digital nature of the "Guide and Demo App" and the fact that access to the downloadable project files and video is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once the automated email containing the Google Drive link has been sent to your provided email address, we cannot process a refund under any circumstances.
Please ensure you enter the correct email address during checkout.
2. Consulting Services (Publishing Consultation) The ₹199 Consultation fee is meant to reserve my time for your 1-on-1 support.
Non-Refundable: Once you have initiated contact on WhatsApp and the 24-hour support window has begun, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds will be provided.
Rescheduling: If you need to delay your 24-hour support window, please message me on WhatsApp beforehand, and we can arrange a different time.
3. Payment Failures & Double Charges If a technical error occurs during checkout (e.g., your bank account is charged, but the website shows "Payment Failed"), please do not panic. Razorpay's system will auto-detect the dropped transaction and initiate an automatic refund to your bank account or UPI wallet within 5 to 7 business days.
