Title: Improved Routing Algorithm Based on Stochastic Approach for Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks

Supervisors: Dr. Kanika Sharma (NITTTR Chandigarh) & Mr. Deepak Sharma (Senior Scientist, CSIR-CSIO Chandigarh)

Description: This work is primarily concerned with routing data in WSNs for the heterogeneous kind of environment arises due to Internet of Things. We propose a routing algorithm based on a stochastic approach to minimize energy consumption and increased stable period of the network. Simulation work is done in MATLAB .

B.Tech final year Project (2012)

Title: RFID Based Tele-Medicine System

Role: Team Leader

Descriptions: In this project, we designed a RFID Based Tele-Medicine System for the applications in hospitals to improving the quality of life of patients and efficiency of doctor-patient interaction. With the Help of RFID, the doctors and hospital can keep the record of patient with Unique Identification Number provided with RFID card to him. Whenever the patient want to meet the doctor then the patient can carry his RFID card with him then the doctor will swipe his card to the RFID reader to find his history of disease or medical report on his database. It will help the hospital to manage the patient appropriately and provide them better treatment.
