About the Project
Pravah – The Flux is the official monthly newsletter of the Delhi School of Journalism (DSJ), University of Delhi, serving as a creative and intellectual platform for student voices, institutional news, and socio-political commentary. It is a space that reflects the pulse of the student body through journalistic integrity, visual storytelling, and academic engagement. Each volume presents a thematic collection of articles, editorials, illustrations, and interviews contributed by students and faculty.

I held a dynamic position across multiple editions, contributing in several creative and editorial capacities. My involvement included:
Managing Editor: As the Managing Editor, I led the entire editorial process—from ideation to publication. This involved conceptualizing monthly themes, managing editorial workflows, mentoring contributors, overseeing content quality, and ensuring timely publication. I also coordinated with faculty and the editorial board to maintain editorial standards and thematic consistency.
Content Writer & Curator: Authored and edited original pieces, curated relevant content submissions, and maintained alignment with the publication’s tone and message.
Designer & Illustrator: Crafted visual layouts, designed covers and inside pages, and contributed original illustrations to visually enhance storytelling.
Creative Collaborator: Worked closely with the editorial and design teams to merge journalistic substance with aesthetic appeal, making Pravah – The Flux a compelling monthly read.
This project sharpened my skills in editorial leadership, visual design, storytelling, and creative project management, while allowing me to contribute to the academic and cultural dialogue within DSJ.
