Trust And Pay (TAP) is a leading mobile financial service(MFS) in Bangladesh, offering secure and convenient solutions for money transfer, bill payment, mobile recharge, merchant, and e-commerce transactions. With an easy onboarding process through NID verification, TAP makes digital payments accessible to everyone — from cities to rural communities.

Recognized with the Bangladesh Innovation Award 2022, TAP continues to transform the way Bangladesh transacts by making everyday payments smarter and safer. 

Currently, I’m responsible for architecting, developing, and refining innovative software solutions, including Smart ERP systems, BigDataGuard, EduManage, and custom client-based applications. My work spans full-stack development with ASP.NET Core and cloud-native deployment through CI/CD pipelines. I also manage AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. A core focus of my role is maintaining system integration, compliance, and performance optimization across all projects. 

During my tenure at Izaan Solutions Inc., I was instrumental in architecting and coding custom software solutions to meet precise client needs. My role included designing and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our systems. I automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to streamline the software development lifecycle and ensured seamless integration and data protection. Additionally, I provided ongoing support and optimized system efficiency to improve operations and comply with regulatory standards.

At OPUS Technology Ltd., I specialized in developing and enhancing ERP solutions and other software tailored to meet specific client needs. Key projects included creating an HR Performance Management System for the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, VAT-certified accounting software for NRB Bangladesh, and an HRMS and Payroll Management System for Bangladesh Development Bank Limited. Additionally, I worked on projects for the Bangladesh Police, contributing to their internal systems. I also participated in product strategy meetings and weekly calls, which helped guide the strategic direction and success of our projects.

In my role at XpertLab Bd Ltd., I was responsible for developing a range of web-based systems, such as a sales force automation system, a personal management system, and a smart courier application. I maintained and improved existing solutions by addressing bugs and incorporating new features based on client needs. My role also involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of these software solutions.
