If a user violates this Agreement or relevant regulations, Amplify has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to such user, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability. At the same time, the user shall bear all losses and expenses incurred due to the violation of this Agreement.
7. Effectiveness and Termination of Agreement
This Agreement shall take effect on the date that the user agrees to it and terminate when the user voluntarily withdraws or is suspended or terminated by the Amplify. However, if any party violates the provisions of this Agreement, the other party has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
