About the Author: Shogofa Shokori is an Afghan student of International Relations currently studying at Quaid-i-Azam University in Pakistan. She writes about her lived experiences as an Afghan woman, reflecting on themes of conflict, resilience, and hope. Through her column, she seeks to amplify Afghan voices, especially those of women, and to connect the struggles of her homeland with the wider world.
