1. Information We Collect AmpKit is designed to monitor battery and device information directly on your Android device. The application may access the following technical data provided by the Android operating system to display real-time metrics:
Battery percentage and status Charging and discharging rates
Battery health and technology
Battery temperature and voltage
Battery power information
Device manufacturer and model Technical details necessary for core monitoring features
2. Personal Information AmpKit does not require account creation. The app does not request or collect personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, or stored files.
3. Data Processing and Sharing Local Processing: All battery and device metrics are processed entirely on your local device. No External Transmission: Your data is not transmitted to RMST or any remote servers. No Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, or share personal or device information with third parties.
4. Settings and Alerts AmpKit allows you to set custom battery-level and temperature alerts. These settings are stored locally to trigger app notifications and are never used to track users or construct personal profiles.
5. Internet Access The core monitoring features of AmpKit operate fully offline and do not require an active internet connection.
6. Third-Party Services The current version of AmpKit does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms (eg, Google Analytics, Firebase), crash reporting tools (eg, Crashlytics), or any other third-party SDKs that collect data. If future updates introduce features or third-party tools that process data, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated accordingly.
7. Data Security & Storage Data Retention: Because AmpKit does not use a server-side database, no user data is stored remotely. Data Deletion: Local application data resides on your device. You can clear this data or remove it entirely at any time by uninstalling the application via your Android system settings.
8. Children's Privacy AmpKit does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app's features require no personal information to function.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy RMST reserves the right to update this policy as necessary to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
