The "Amore Winged" application is suitable for companies and members to use for capturing or inspecting the condition of vehicles and subsequently transmitting inspection evidence through mobile devices. Then, the inspection evidence will be evaluated to issue further vehicle inspection certificates. Apart from transmitting vehicle condition evidence, employees can easily input any problems encountered during the inspection. They can also specify the inspection location for the system to calculate travel expenses accordingly.

• Usage: Customers can only use this application for the specified purposes. The company reserves the right to suspend customer accounts if it finds inappropriate usage or violations of the terms of this agreement.

• Copyright: All intellectual property rights in this application are owned by Amore IT Consult Co., Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or use of such intellectual property without permission, in whole or in part, constitutes copyright infringement and will be subject to legal action.

• Updates and Services: The company may update the application to improve and enhance it, and customers must update accordingly, whether through automatic updates or manual updates, to ensure continuous use of the application.

• Liability: The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, whether direct or indirect. Customers acknowledge and agree to the risks and damages that may occur.

• Cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel services or customer accounts without prior notice if there are violations of the terms or inappropriate usage.

("the Company") to notify users of the Amore Winged application ("the Application") of the Company that the Company prioritizes the protection of customers' personal data. 1.1. Direct Collection from Customers:

• • When customers register for the application service by providing various information through forms, whether in document format or electronic format, via any channel.

  • When customers update their user account information (Profile).

  • When customers communicate or inquire with the Company or its team.

• From service usage (Login) and related service usage data, such as device information used for accessing the service (Device ID, Device Name, Version), or connection data (IP Address, MAC Address).

• From Location Tracking Technology when customers use the Company's application.

If customers refuse to provide information to the Company, it may result in the application being unable to provide services to them.
