When Sahasrabudhe first joined A.B., he was Chief Risk Officer for the AB Arya Partners Group. He developed multi-year risk strategies for Arya Partners and other Arya strategies and technology to monitor success. Sahasrabudhe decreased the firm's internal and external risk by establishing recruitment processes, outlining investment strategy mandates, and developing personnel.

Sahasrabudhe directed Arya's creation of complicated tactics to maximize returns while minimizing risks. He created frameworks to evaluate qualitative and quantitative information to make the best investment recommendations.

Sahasrabudhe formerly worked in this capacity at Visium Asset Management, where he helped grow equities funds into billions of dollars. Amol graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India with a B.E. in mechanical engineering. Sahasrabudhe holds a Master of Science in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University. Women's Education Project: This program teaches and trains young Indian women on the margins of society to pursue occupations and engage in the community as change agents, business owners, and valuable employees. Women join a sisterhood in this program's Leadership Academy, where they can move above social expectations and pressures to build a life they shape.

Pratham was formed in 1994 to alleviate the cycle of unending poverty in Mumbai's worst districts. This program began with establishing preschools that provided remedial coursework for struggling primary school children. Pratham created the Annual State of Education Report, which has become a tool for education programs and individuals in their efforts to reform education.

The Akshaya Patra Foundation, established in Bengaluru, aims to eradicate hunger among various Indian populations. They provide a mid-day feeding program to youngsters in classrooms. This non-mid-day profit meal program has grown to feed over 2 million children across India. This group also runs breakfast programs and provides food to new and expecting moms, children, and homeless women without families.

Amol Ashok Sahasrabudhe Outside of the economic realm, Sahasrabudhe has a variety of hobbies. He participates in cricket as both a player and a team organizer. Sahasrabudhe is a member of Masters USA, a U.S. squad that competes in high-level over-50 cricket tournaments such as the Cricket World Cup. Sahasrabudhe is assembling a team from New Jersey to compete in over 50 Masters regional events. Sahasrabudhe enjoys tennis, and his son participates in the sport. Amol Sahasrabudhe also sings. His preference is for Bollywood music.
