Dr. Yoon is with the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University Of Ulsan as a professor. He received MS and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo in 2005 and 2009, respectively. His research interests include human mobility prediction and mobility anomaly detection, intelligence-defined networking, and machine learning-based IoT services.

Alina Khan is a Software Engineer with professional experience as a Backend Developer since 2021. She combines technical expertise with strategic analysis to deliver scalable solutions. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and FinTech, with a specific focus on developing AI Agents and orchestrating autonomous Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) for the financial industry.

Labib received his B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from HSTU, Dinajpur, Bangladesh, in 2024. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in AI and computer engineering at the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering, University of Ulsan, Republic of Korea. His research interests focus on AI/DRL, with a particular emphasis on Edge Computing.

Hoang Van Phi received a B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2017 and an M.Eng. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2025 from Le Quy Don Technical University, Vietnam. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in AI and Computer Engineering at the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, University of Ulsan, South Korea. His research interests include semantic communications, UAV–LEO integrated networks, task offloading, and resource optimization using AI/ML techniques.

MinKyeong is currently studying at Ulsan University, Department of IT Convergence, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. She has experience in developing personalized applications utilizing various technologies such as Python, React. Currently, her deep research interest lies in deep learning, human-centric technology, and building interactive digital environments.
