By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application published by Amna Amin Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app

• Use the app to harm, harass, or mislead others

2. Eligibility

You must be allowed to use the app under the laws of your country and the rules of the App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, graphics, logos, and software in the app are the property of Amna Amin Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without written permission.

4. User Content (If Applicable)

If the app allows you to submit content (such as text, images, or feedback):

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for app functionality and improvement

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Payments are handled by the App Store provider

• All purchases are subject to the App Store’s payment policies

• We do not manage refunds directly
