For immediate release EXPRESS SOFT a new world SOFT by the people for the people!
We serve as an AI audit company and provide a multi‑model testing environment. The majority of AI models used are open-source or third-party, and may or may not be authored by us.
Some solutions are our proprietary developments (e.g., in beta or pilot phase), but most are open-source and freely licensed.
All AI models—even those internally developed—are inherently imperfect and may produce inaccurate, biased, anomalous, or incomplete outputs.
Our TaaS is specifically designed to test, audit, and validate these systems; however, no warranty is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated content
We enable third parties to access our shared AI testing environment (“TaaS”), where multiple models—including open-source and our beta models—are evaluated.
Our testing protocols detect anomalies, ethical or functional issues, and support enhancements or corrections. Any delivered model or hybrid solution is provided “as tested”, reflective of its documented test status.
As a condition of use, participants agree to:
Waive any claims against us or third-party developers regarding use of AI output.
Report any discovered harmful anomaly (ethical, factual, or otherwise) within 24 hours of awareness.
Comply fully with ethical standards and licensing obligations—including but not limited to CC BY‑NC 4.0—and refrain from generating or enabling harmful content (e.g. hate speech, deception, violent or pornographic material).
Acknowledge that they are fully responsible for any misuse or violation of rules.
Participants must indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of AI outputs or violations of ethical or licensing standards
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is strictly limited, including disclaiming liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages—even if we are notified of potential harm
Liability caps may align with participant’s payments over a defined recent period, or a minimal statutory threshold.
Any legal settlements or administrative remediation collected in connection with AI-related liability will be handled and distributed solely by our organization.
Participants may only receive distributions according to our internal affiliate or compensation framework.
Participants must adhere strictly to our security, AI audit, and governance protocols.
Continued use of the TaaS services constitutes acceptance of these protocols and ongoing obligations.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our platform provides testing-as-a-service (TaaS)—a secure environment where multiple AI models (mostly open-source, some proprietary) are audited and validated. We may be the author of select internal models, while open-source or third-party models form much of the testing portfolio.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, bias, or anomalies. Our TaaS process aims to identify and correct such issues, but we make no warranty of accuracy or completeness. All outputs and models are provided “as tested.”
By participating, you release claims against us and any third-party model author, commit to report anomalies within 24 hours, and accept responsibility for ethical compliance—including adherence to licensing terms such as CC BY‑NC 4.0 and avoiding harmful content.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all liabilities, and accept that our liability is strictly limited. Any settlement distributions will follow our affiliate compensation guidelines. Continued use signifies acceptance of these terms.
