Circumvent or interfere with security, access-control, or usage limitations.
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The app provides AI-powered image processing and generation features.
When you choose to use an AI image processing feature, the photo you select may be transmitted to OpenAI, our third-party AI service provider, for the purpose of processing the image and generating the requested result.
Before your photo is transmitted to OpenAI, the app will provide information about the transmission and request your permission where required.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any photo for processing.
You should not submit photos containing another person's image without their permission where such permission is required by applicable law.

You retain any rights you may have in content that you submit to the app.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to submit and process such content.
By submitting content, you grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the requested app functionality, including transmitting the content to our third-party service providers when required to provide that functionality.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos solely because you use them with the app.
The app, including its software, design, interface, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the app or its proprietary materials.

We do not directly process App Store payments.
If you wish to request a refund for an App Store purchase, you must submit the request through Apple. Refund decisions are made by Apple in accordance with its applicable policies.
For subscriptions, you are responsible for managing cancellation through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the app or its features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the app or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
