Meeting Agenda and Expecations
To ensure our meetings stay productive, collaborative, and respectful of everyone's time, we are implementing a new set of meeting expectations and a standardized agenda layout effective starting 7/13/2026.
Please take a quick moment to review our new ground rules:
Punctuality: Please log in 2 minutes early or arrive 5 min early when possible. We will start and end strictly on schedule to respect everyone's calendar.
Speaking Protocol: To prevent talking over one another, please use the "Raise Hand" feature when you would like to contribute or ask a question, or for online you may type it in the chat section as well.
One-line Meeting Transcription: We will be utilizing the platform’s built-in transcription and AI summary tool to automatically capture notes and action items.
In-Person- Our secretary will take notes, capture action items, and carry over any missed topics, opportunities.
Engagement: Please keep your camera on when possible, stay muted when not speaking, and use the chat for relevant links and questions.
In-Person- Please restrict side conversations to reduce background noise, and the need for repeated information sharing.
·Please remember that we are all volunteers and parents. Abusive or discriminatory language will not be tolerated. Anyone using such language will be asked to leave or may be removed from the meeting.
We will also be adopting a standardized agenda layout (including dedicated time for tech checks/introductions, core discussions, and final wrap-ups) to keep our conversations on track.
