As a Senior Associate with role of solution architect, working for Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) department for various projects like bond trading, banking and revenue reports, credit risk analysis, tender option bonds analysis and reporting tool.

Projects involved development on various technologies like java, spring boot, spring cloud, hibernate, ReactJs, distributed architecture with micro-services, RabbitMq, MongoDb etc. 

Reviewed and assessed architecture designs across projects and Led a team of eight to ensure risk and quality management assessments were effectively implemented.

Led two cross-functional Scrum team with role of Scrum Master to increase company’s revenue and decrease product delivery time by 20% with Agile methodology by carrying out Scrum meetings, prioritising tasks with team and managing tasks in JIRA with Scrum and Kanban board.

Under technology modernisation initiatives, facilitating processes, including daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint demos and also carrying out stakeholder meetings to develop project visions and develop a prioritised product backlog.
